Abstract

Girişimcilik, rekabet ortamında firmanın başarısına katkıda bulunan en önemli faktörlerden biridir. Bu çalışmada kıdemli aile işletmelerinde, değişime duyulan isteğin, teknolojik fırsatları görebilme yeteneğinin ve geçmiş performansın aile işletmelerinde kurum içi girişimciliğe etkisi incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda araştırma, Kültür Üniversitesinin Kıdemli İşletmeleri Listesinde bulunan aile işletmelerinde yapılmış ve işletmelerin uzun seneler devamlılığını sürdürebilmelerinin sürekli ileriye bakmaları, gerekli yönetim önlemlerini almalarının yanında kurum içi girişimciliğe bakış açılarının ne derece etkili olduğu araştırılmıştır.
